If you're a new client or haven't had your colour maintained recently, we'll need to book you in for a colour consultation. This is because we need to do a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. We care about your well being and need to make sure you have no allergies or sensitivity issues. We'll also be taking a small strand of your hair, so we can check exactly how it reacts to colour. Strange as it may seem, everyone's hair is different. This will also be a good opportunity, for you to share any pictures of the look you want to achieve.
If you have very long (below mid back), or very thick hair, an extra supplement of £5 will apply.
TWO STAGE PAYMENT
Headspace operates a two stage payment system; booking fee, followed by final payment when you check out. Once you have booked online, we will contact you for your booking fee. If you need to cancel, your booking fee will be transferred to another appointment so long as you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you just don't show up, you will automatically lose your booking fee. We have been surprised at the amount of people who actually prefer a two stage payment system.
