At the present time we are unable to offer online booking. We need to ensure clients are kept well spaced out and also allow for essential sanitisation between appointments.
Appointments at this time are strictly by phone booking only. As much as we want to see you really soon, please do not turn up at the salon to book. We are observing safe distancing and cannot adhere to this if you just show up.
Please note, we can only take card payment for hair services just now. We appreciate this may be an inconvenience, but need to keep the salon as germ free as possible.
If you're a new client or haven't had your colour maintained recently, we'll need to book you in for a colour consultation. This is because we need to do a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. We care about your well being and need to make sure you have no allergies or sensitivity issues. We'll also be taking a small strand of your hair, so we can check exactly how it reacts to colour. Strange as it may seem, everyone's hair is different. This will also be a good opportunity, for you to share any pictures of the look you want to achieve.
We are lucky to be one of the salons that has got through this challenging time. Some have been less fortunate and had to close. Our annual price increase (normally April) has had to reflect a considerable increase in supplier costs. We have also had great expense in making Headspace as safe as possible for everyone; your well being comes before anything else.
TWO STAGE PAYMENT
Headspace operates a two stage payment system; booking fee, followed by final payment when you check out. If you need to cancel, your booking fee will be transferred to another appointment so long as you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you just don't show up, you will automatically lose your booking fee. We have been surprised at the amount of people who actually prefer a two stage payment system.
